Windows remembering passwords

Whilst checking phone bill online I logged on and the usual screen came up asking if I wanted Windows to remember my password -- without thinking I hit yes, thinking it was the you are going to a secure site warning page ---- so windows no remembers the password.

The problem is that I dont want anything as insecure and cack as windows having a password stored in it --- so does anyone know where its stored the info and how I can delete it ?

I believe the option you're refering to is one built in to Internet Explorer. Simply launch the browser, and click Tools > Internet Options. Click on the Content tab and then on the AutoComplete button. Click the Clear passwords button and untick the Prompt me to save passwords option, should it be ticked. This should resolve matters
