I don't think so.
In fact I'm fairly certain that's a no. Winzip can't open rars, but winrar can open zips. Winace is pretty similar to Winrar iirc.

Apologies for deleting that earlier post, RedVenom, I was far too harsh; please forgive me. I don't mind off topic posts, but when a problem hasn't been solved and people genuinely need help, it's really better that threads stay on track (and you have to admit, that post did nothing to help matters whatsoever). I don't want to stop people from expressing their opinion, but let's leave the XP-bashing until after the problem has been solved, okay?
