win2k - vriri - nothing works

I had a virus SirC32.worm or summat
Norton antivirus found it and quarantined it
since this i haven't been able to run any programs
i can only get some programs to open

eg to open ie i have to open a html document
and to open winamp i have to open an mp3
i can't just run the executables

tried reformatting

one of my win2k boot disks is fucked so i can't and winme boot disk won't work

added problem don't think my cd rom will boot any cd

any ideas as to a file type i can use to open Nav to try and fix this

or any other ideas for fixing this.. ?
