Ok I have this strange problem with Q3a. I use the same config in both win98 and win2k (mostly). If i run in win98 picmip is set correctly and everything is fine. If i run in win2k it ignores my picmip setting and i have to then type r_picmip 5 then vid_restart it which is a pain in the ass.
Anyone know why it would seemingly ignore picmip?
