Wilting proc - traitors dagger

When i delve on the icon for the LVL 10 ability on traitors dagger ( wilting proc) it says it does 2000 damage, I am assuming its a bug, does everyone get that delve or the 120 one?

yeah it says 2000 dmg but it isnt.
if mine hits on a orange con (not had it hit in rvr yet) it hits for about 2-300dmg usualy. ofc takes hp off me at same time tho.

It usually hit's for 220-250 dmg in RvR and takes about 55 hit pts from you.
