As the topic says: Will the XML feed work after patch?

It would be nice to see the return of the XML feed. Afterall, it's only been out of order for 2 months.

Suchs a huge difference in service between GoA and Mythic on this level. On the US servers they have:

- Great site for display of this data
- Stable XML feed
- An XML::RPC interface to query the data

Here in Europe, we have:
- A lousy/slow flash site to display the data
- Extremely unstable XML data, that by default is down after a patch
- No access to use XML::RPC query

Probably within 3 weeks or so.
"XML update" files are still in the mail.

doubt it'll be working instantly - usually takes a couple of weeks after the patch - 1.75 was different but afaik 1.75 broke the US xml as well

I wonder why its "Ok!" that the XML is down after each patch.

Is it really that hard to include it in their patch procedures to make sure the XML is working proper?

Nah, the latest XML I got for my systems was from the 1st of August.

Though that didn't include a number of guilds started weeks earlier.

Where? I've seen camelotmonkey refer to it, but camelotherald.com doesn't mention it at all.

The guild XML has been down for eons yes, bit annoying I agree just get it working!

I have no idea GReaper. I only know about this from asking Waterman about extending the Camelot Monkey to EU servers. And, got the reply that he was using this XML::RPC interface Mythic provides.

Ah yes, now that you remind me. I just looked at when I last recieved the last unique file on one guild.
