I was thinking, wouldn't it be fun that scammers/cheaters and others whose account got suspended (those who did minor things, but still broke the CoC and for some reason didn't get banned) instead could play normally, but their accounts could somehow be flagged so that they can be pk'ed.
That ppl can throw out rewards for slaying the person etc.
He won't be able to attack players until he has been attacked, that kind of thing, since out of my own experience of being scammed once i know for sure that it would feel good to beat up the person responsible for it ingame, or would such an option bring too much extra violence to the game?

stupid idea in my opinion.
If they broke coc they would of had to already recieved their punishment from goa. afteral they cant flag the account if they didnt know about the offence. What you propose would lead to more hostility that isnt necessarily needed as hopefully they would of learnt their lesson. If they havent then they will just get a perminant ban in the end so more their loss.

Enough hostility in the game as is at the moment, and goa got better things to spend their time on, well at least they should do anyways. Pointless wasting more time in making the game even more bitter

Better Idea: Make Prydwen like PvP for 2-3 weeks xD Kill players in towns, get RPS but dont lose conc

write off password on piece of paper, do NOT keep it in digital form anywhere on your computer or on any mail accounts.

I keep mine on the company file servers.

Gives me the motivation to make sure the firewalls work properly
