i actually want this to play it with my friends
i had mario party 3 for nintedo 64 and it was pretty funny


and btw i am looking for a decent rpg title for wii? if there is any :S

Zelda for the rpg. and Mario Party 8 isn't out for another month? How can people play it?

If you played Mario Party 3 and enjoyed it you will probably like Mario Party 8 because its no different except it has the number 8 instead of number 3 in the title.

umm, I'm afraid you'll find that Zelda is and always has been, an RPG. I supposed you could also call it an "Adventure Game", but in gaming they are the same things.

Maybe you are confused as to what an RPG is. Maybe you could give some examples of games you feel are RPGs on other platforms and then we may be able to point you in the right direction for the Wii.

The difference between Action-RPG and Action-Adventure is getting more and more of a grey area. I don't think Zelda has anything to do with character stats/attributes right? That (imo) makes it more of an Action-Adventure.

Personally i regard an rpg to be a game where you build a character or group of characters as well as take part in a story. Not played the new Zelda but in all the others the only "leveling up" was the hearts and what not, no stats or levels as such. I would say Zelda is more of an action adventure than an RPG.

Mario Party 8 looks like a good party game to buy, as for a RPG Paper Mario looks pretty impressive not sure its come out over here yet, but it has had some positive reviews over in the US.
