Anyone got an idea what kind of language this is?

The phonenumber is from Monaco..

I think it is "I will forgive you"

my Albanian gf always used to say "Me fal lali, te dua shume shume", which meant "I'm sorry honey, I love you very much"

NGA can mean a lot of things, it's fully context dependant - like "NGA London" would mean "from London" or "NGA Fred" would mean "of Fred, or Fred's".

At least from what I remember, anyway.

Weird language when you first hear it being spoken around you, but it made sense in the way the grammar was structured -- probably similar to my own language from that standpoint.

And to think I used to speak it... geez, years go by too quickly, I tell ya.
