why we get a "banned" when we try to join on our booked server?

hm ... why book a server for train at barrysworld since a half year and now we got a big problem

the server is booked, but every player of us got a "banned"-meassage when he tries to connect (in the same line where sometimes "invalid password" or somethin like that is written)

why?

we would try some custom maps at our train ... but we couldn't

i could also not connect even when i'm logged on bw

but it was extreeeeeemly laggy
(mostly all over 300ms)
