I was wondering this also and can only think its due to the ammount of swearing? I do agree with the lag problems and it does seem to be alot worse in the evenings. I do not know enough about systems and how they work with these games but it does look like they cannot handle the population in the evening when users are about 1.5k in NF or TOA. It was quite unplayable last night and thought that with 1.71 we were told lag would be cleared.
