Why the beep noise

Why do some songs have this fucking beep noise!

It sounds like sound compressing errors. Which is strange since its the official video

Maybe it's added on purpose as some copy protection?
Much like radiostations often add extra fluff in songs?

sounds to me like another program was open or the xp bubble that appears. Its a similar sound

If the bubble appears while you are recording it will save that sound too, happens to my mate who is a producer all the time if he his making a tune and has MSN on, or is making a DJ demo with MSN on
