I managed to cancel the order here eventually yesterday, after spending god knows how long on hold. I was told my account will be re-credited within 5 working days. Ordered another monitor in the hope that one will arrive sooner rather than later.

However today i received an email from someone from aria today saying my order was ready for dispatch today and should arrive soon.

If i receive a refund and the monitor comes, am i legally obliged or anything like that to send it back?

I suspect the only thing you wont be allowed to do is assume possesion. You might get away with using it until they have actually credited your account

I'm pretty sure the way it goes is that you tell them it has arrived, but its 100% up to them to arrange pickup etc... You should try get them to pay you a days wage, since you'll obviously have to miss a day of work to be in for the pick up *cough cough*
