Why is this?

I guess my avatar moves for everyone, but not for me.
Also the moving barrysworld icons dont move for me.
I think there called gifs or something? Little moving pictures but for me there just still images...why.

This is probably down to a setting in the browser you're using. If you are currently using Internet Explorer . . .

1. Start the program
2. Click 'Tools' > 'Internet Options'
3. Click the 'Advanced' tab
4. Scroll down to the 'Multimedia' section
5. Tick 'Play animations in web pages'
6. Press 'Okay'

Animated GIFs should now 'play' for you. If you were already looking at a page with them on, hit refresh after changing the settings.
