Why is there no ctf_geothermal map on server????

I think its one of the best maps to play ctf

This brings up an interesting point.....

Should we (BarrysWorld) use any custom maps?

I think there should be a mix of servers some that can be used out of the box (ie no custom maps) and some with custom maps, and the titles of the server should show this.
