Why is there a realm guard in huginfel?

Does anyone know why there is a realm guard in huginfel?

For those that don't know, huginfel is a town safe from albs & hibs (afaik). It's a long way inside the frontier. (it's not safe from Blods but thats another story )

One of my guild mates said: Maybe he's on holiday!?

Isn't there a bug/hole in the frontier that somehow leads to Huginfel? If thats the case he might be there to stop anyone from attempting to use this bug/hole
