Why is it....

..that most people around lvl 30-40 seems to be either..

A) Noobs that are still playing the same character since day 1 of release
B) Alts that still think there lvl 50 and always get the group killed by telling everyone that its a good idea to attack mobs which are far too high for the group. (either this or they go afk for long periods of time and log without saying anything and never come back)
C) Powerleveled people who have no idea how to play there character

I know ill probs get flamed for this but cmon.... you know its the truth

I mean ffs.. I play a sorc and i have lost count of the amount of times lvl 30-40 people have asked me for buffs....

sorcs are rare out there, maybe those lvl 30 people never came across one before and didn't know they can't buff...

Or they just saw someone looking like a caster and didn't click on him to see his class information and just try to ask a buff quickly before he rans off...

tbh when i started lvling my first char it was only when i reached the level of doing tanglers that i first bumped into a sorc in my group...

btw im A a noob still playing the same class

leveling is evil i have a lvl 36 theurgist that i PL'ed in an OoB pally group (cheers Roni Teador even if i didn't understand a word of the dutch you spoke in all the time ) since then ( 6 months ago or more probably) i haven't even got a single level exping isn't as fun as it used to be althought is certainly easier.

i hate to agree with u Hirod but its all changed now in xping.

It should be fun but it isn't anymore and i am finding that a lot of people are alt's of level 50's, which is nice because learning a new char is great fun ..or it should be.

as for the noob's, I'm not going there I just try to encourage them and advise them because we all had to learn.

where is the game going guys ? what has become the aim now ?

all i can say about lvling in alb now is that it's very hard to find a group in low levels, seems there aint any people left below 30....

Imo, soloing before 40 isn't such big of a deal. You can make exp quite fast if you kill the right mobs. Depending if you have a class that can solo of course

Not had a huge problem soloing with my Armsman (generally prefer to solo, I can go /afk when I like then ).
MoB2, tireless, regen and FA1 will usually mean I can take on high yellows/low oranges and downtime isn't too bad.

Main problem is the buffbotted powerlevellers who feel the need to claim decent spawn spots for themselves...

It also annoys me when your in DF.. you find a uncamped spot with a nice camp bonus... then some lvl 50 cabby comes along and AE dots the entire spawn..

There is one thing u r wrong about tho Vestax, I still play my first char, i played it got bored then made a few new char's, now play him again. Does that mean every time some one see's me they say omg look at him he is still lvl'in his first char?

I bet alot of people have done this

Let's not tar all the cabbies with the same brush.

I've had quite a few chars pass through Lyonesse recently and to be fair to Kaitlyn she's not one of those annoying powerlevellers that camp 24/7 to lvl their stealther/mate.

I'm sure you know who the repeat offenders are.

And to those who blame the recent goblin changes on the ppl complaining about the cabbies, think about this: had the powerllvllers had the decency to think about their realm mates in the first place then Lyonesse would be unchanged.

I've seen some powerlvllers in the barrows and other places now goblins are harder. I say to these ppl: don't ruin xp for non-50s parties - you're tough enough to handle other camps - don't be greedy. It only fuels trouble within the realm.

For instance.. im in DF.. i find a nice rocot spot with full camp bonus, i kill a few.. i have only 1.5 bubs left to level.. xp is great.. then suddenly.. ooh its a lvl 50 cleric.. wonder what hes going to do..

I'm probably one of the only cabalists that was glad when tanglers were made so much harder, it stopped the endless pms from people that reckoned they knew my brothers aunts friends next door neighbour, so could i please power level them.
