Why is customer support so bad?

OK I think i've found the answer why Rightnow is so
slow , it's also fairly apparent which is the better of the 2 GM's

I dont fins the Customer support bad..

Always fixed my issues really fast!
Only 2 negative things about the Cuistomer support.
1. It takes you 1 hour to find where to ask a question.
2. You cant change your sub-pass
