Why dont alb do summin other than Zerg?

Just seems like theres about twice as many alb players as there are hibs and mids......

Still wondering why all they do is zerg Emain, rather than actually making the huge size advantage they have count....

They should be owning this server surely???

There are times it feels the other way round.

I remember once in emain real late at night i did a /who emain 9 results back for albion (After port)

Our small group of 8 went out and met at least 3 maybe 4 FG of mids at AMG, all died and came back. Then a bit later i remember like 2 maybe 3 groups of hibs ganking us.

Yeah sure at times we have more numbers than you guys, but other times we dont.

Also what you prolly saw was the whole of alb force of emain together. You guys prolly had the same number but were split up wandering around in 1-2 groups tops.

Zerg almost always wins whatever the side unless your counterpart has very good CC.

I refer u to the other thread about Hib obcene availability of CC and stun. And the fact 9 times out of 10 albzerg never stays together for more than a minute.

argh, it's just getting to a silly point now..

Hib numbers are dying down, it just seems a case of avoiding the zerg for as long as possible, but there's no hoe in the end, you'll always die to 3/4 FGs of albs after u kill a couple of albs.

Having just fled the server and Emain because a huge Hibby army was terribly beating up the seperate Albion groups (divided as usual ...), I think this quote holds quite a bit of humour value.

Yes on days Albion dominates Emain, but I can recall lots of days recently that most Albs didn't got past amg alive for hours on end because of a hibby or middy zerg.

Simple:

The people who actually are first to arrive in emain zerg! They kill the few loners that come there and get reinforcements so there are 2 fg within a short period of time..
Then the other realms start gathering their troops to kill those 2 fgs.. 3 fgs fight in a great battle afterwards being wiped by the 3rd realms 3 fgs..

Let's say alb is first group there due to numerical advantage and therefore higher chance of having more ppl there first. And mid gets there first to wipe them. And hib finishes mid off.

Albs zergs everybody first!
Mid zergs Albs to win from alb zerg..
Hib zergs Mids to win from mid zerg..

It's a vicious cycle that cannot be broken..

The biggest offender by far for zerging is the hibs. And I hope they realise they are starting something they cant finish. Cos pretty soon u gonna start getting 200+ albs in emain. So keep whinging, keep zerging. And we will see who wins that particular war of numbers.

It really isnt a whine post,

finding yourself outnumbered from time to time is part of the game..... (though its becoming very common for us Hibs)

Just someone said to me that you can pull the player numbers off the server using xml, and that Albion did actually have 2 times as many players...

If this was true and Albion really had 2 times as many players as the other 2 realms, you would expect them to totally dominate???

But the real point of the post was that all Alb seem to do is zerg Emain, rather than making the number advantage really count.

Really you should be holding 80% of the relics and the keeps.

Anyhow Im sure you are addressing this issue..

Albs have most people playing in the realm...(too much in my opinion)

BUT

check /realm ...check /relic

do we seem über ???

no we don't...if we would be über and overpopulated/overpowered/overwhatever... it would be like this

4-5-6 relics -> ALBS
1 -> MIDS
1-> HIBS

ALL THE TIME

same with keeps...

if we get enough people together to take some keeps...of course we can get them pretty easily...but that's most of the time not the case

When the game came out a couple of months ago i remember it were the Albs being ganked and owned over and over in RvR...mainly by mids cause they had lots of lvl 50's before even 1 alb got to that level...

Now i feel RvR is more balanced...it's like some others have already said...1 realm zergs another, 3th one comes to play and kills 1ste one...etc... --> THATS the GAME

MIDS win RvR with their brute force
HIBS with their mezzes
ALBS by the numbers (since compared to the other 2 realms we aint that strong in either power or mezz)
