Why does my connection goes..

Why does my connection goes from europe to america(new york i think) and back ?? Why is this needed it only makes my connection worse.
Maybe someone can explain this ?

Everyone with Dutch Chello have had these router problems for the last months. Mailing them every week now in the hope that they'll fix the routing... or at least reply :x

Yep, i've had the same problem for months now too... Game is nearly unplayable now in the evening

What's the email-adress you used to mail them?

I used this form: http://qmail.emailco.nl/upc/webform.html
but got a reply after a while from service@chello.nl

Reply didn't have much in it.. Just saying they indeed route most traffic thru New York.
