What's a moderator, and where does it go after that? Who is The General?

I believe it has to do with how many posts you've made. On other UBB boards I've seen you start off as a junior member until you make about 50 posts when you become a member, and they also have moderators. I assume BW have just exchanged these for humorous alternatives
