Why do I download US patch lets say once a week

I connect to the US login server for some fucked up reason. Rigth now when I try to connect I start downlod a 17 mb patch.

Its just happened to me and I cant get into the game now... what do I have to do to put it right?

And Goa shoudl have phone support like Mythic does in the US... happy to take our money but need three days to answer a problem... crap service.

Happened to me for the second time now. Last time they told me to reinstall game which solved the issue but im getting VERY TIRED of reinstalling and re-downloading patches...
