Why do Germans get proper information about what is going on ?

I just ran the german homepage through babelfish and found out that it is a problem with their servers and pipe not staying up and running, their engineers are currently working on it and watching the behaviour of the servers through the night. all this from the german site, and we just have "we are looking into it" on our page and no further information since.

Yup. It doesn't say more than the English one really. They just added another update that said that the engineers were still monitoring the problems and are trying to find the cause. Aside from that it mentions that they are not that happy themselves because they had a couple of events lined up.

Sometimes it's useful to have had some German and French classes in school
