Why arn't the Teamplay servers configuired for CTF

All three Teamplay servers should have the new maps for the ctf league on them they don't seem to have any CTF maps at all why?

There are public CTF servers, the teamplay servers are for team dm only as far as i know.

Wot about the clan servers - last time i checked them they didn't have the CTF league maps on either
