Why are we loosing....

We are loosing because where are to many leaders and kids in Albion, I know where are many good players, but the problem is peps don't what to hear after what the leader ( aliance ) says.

Now we are spread out and we don't work together...

I know for my self, I was getting tired of players using the alliance chanel for chit chat, it shut only be used to send information on enemy movement, and where and what our own troops would be most useful.

Just take a look at a legion raid how players don't do what the leader says, it is so sad to see players , all high levels, dont understand a simple STOP.

How could we ever belive we would be able to defeat mids and hibs, when we not even can defeat our own ego and start to work together, and not think that we are all Rambo.

Sorry my english I am a Dane and typing is not my best side, I am just angry over the way we are doing in RvR.

Last to say: Why do players not go to Dm or Llyn to xp, I know tanglers are good at some points... but why don't we move xp area to DM, nobody hunt where alot to kill, where are good xp :)

Not like its a new thing, but there seems to be alot less true leaders out there, and too many silly sods wandering about, shouting out orders, not even thinking before they open there mouth.

Leveling my cleric and friar up to the battlegrounds, i realised that the quality of players about is decreasing EXTREMELY rapidly. Advice on where to hunt and the like was totally muted, and many players carried on regardless of what their team mates were saying.

I feel that, especially being a small (if not dying) server, people should be more welcomming to people with more varience in their levels. I and many others are extremely tired of the way in which people are so selective of their groups, where 1-2 levels lower and you arent high enough. Surely with the population dwindling you would think people would band together and help each other out?

Even when leveling my group-friendly classes cleric/friar/minstrell i still got abuse from asking group leaders 2-3 lvls higher if there was room. Often not even a responce.

Really pains me to think back to the #Good Old Days# just after release, everyone was ready and raring to go. Think everyone can say that those times were really special, where everyone played for the fun of it, not just to get exp/drop/be L33T etc..etc.

Quite a rant ive got gong by myself, but you begin to realise why so many of our good people are leaving. Hving tried the other realms out, there seems to be a wholly better attitude to helping, and not so much bickering between the realm.

Like to hear others views on this, be very worrying to see what happens to the population with the PvP server.

Totally agree with what everyone is saying.....

My suggestion is if you're 40/45+ Get yourself into a end game guild there are quite a few out there. People listen to leaders and we regularly have more fun.

So, Glyph... if every Guild in Albion changes their Emblem to the same as SoTL's we'll be laughing, right?
