As always a family dinner with one big table...

-Started off with some fried chicken legs and other little tasty stuff.
-Then ate something with paté and vegetables, didn't taste good though.
-For main course fries and rabbit legs with some nice tasting sauce.
-For desert we had a Tiramisu pie or Ice cream, I prefered the ice cream.

Off to the gym tomorrow to lose those extra pounds :m00:

Decided completely ignore tradition this year, I cooked Indian starters i.e. bhajis and samosas, then afterwards rump steak with new potatoes, steamed veggies and a choice of four cheese or brandy and pepper sauce. Didn't do a dessert, so we all got rather tipsy on red wine instead..mucho enjoyable!!

Starter: brie and cranberry filo parcels on a bed of salad

Main course: turkey breast, chesnut stuffing, peas, brussels sprouts (cooked properly), roast potatoes, roast parsnips, brocoli, those little sausages with bacon wrapped round it, quorn fillets and apricot & nut stuffing (for the veggies in the family). Many bottles of red wine.

Desert: Mince pies & cream you could slice. Christas pudding. Lemon sorbet.

Afterwards. Coffee, mints, Indegestion tablets.

Traditional, unimaginative, and bloody tasty :)

A big ovenbaked ham... meatballs, potatoes, a few different types of fish (Salmon, pickled herring)... ribs, sausages in different shapes, mimosa-sallad... herring-sallad... eggs with mayo and shrimps...

Pretty much a standard swedish christmasmeal. Nothing fancy but still delicious!

Everyone was too stuffed for desert so we only had coffee and some cookies :)

Organic turkey and organic sausages wrapped in bacon. We're not health freaks, but my dad was oblidged to buy it since he does farm insurance so he had to buy from and organic turkey farm. Velly expensive. :p

This post got minus rep. God knows why.
