I now have my little network connected to ADSL via my Linux gateway :clap:
One or two problems on the way but as they say "a learning experience"! :D

But why? I thought cable was better than DSL.

well, it's true that my cable setup gives me unreal speeds [dl between 150 and 600Kb/s] and yes, I will miss that a lot.
Max downstream here in Holland for a non-bizz dsl line is set to 1Mbit and that translates to a theoretical max speed of ~128Kb/s but rest assured, I have my reasons to do the switch.
