That the keeps have visually changed is not indicator of the range at which the guards on the walls will attack you. I wasn't one of the albs you're referring to, but I have deliberately tried to get as close to both Hib and Mid keeps as I could to test the range of the guards.

So do Mids and Hibs. Not as much as Albs, because they have less plauers, but there are still players in those realms who do it. Do I tarnish the reputation of the rest of the Mid Hib players because of those that do? No. Why? Because thats what idiots do.

If you'd read any of my posts on this forum you'd know I despise PK camping as much as anyone else who does. I've begged BG cgs more times than I care to remember not to camp the Portal Keeps and I'm sick and tired of reading the same tired whine that "all albs camp portal keeps."

And besides who cares if you're camped in a portal keep? When I've been camped in a portal keep with a few albs, outnumbered by hibs and mids, I think its great. Not so far to run for a fight and if they are dumb enough to camp the PK, I grab a pult and let em have it.

Why would I test the guard ranges? because its useful information to have thats why. If I decide to chase someone back to their home keep, then I like to know where to stop. I knew it in the old Thid, I wasn't sure what it was in the new. Now I do.

OFC mids/hibs do it because its so bloody rare we have more ppl in any form of bg at any lvl every1 gets carried away and ends up getting some form of sweet revenge for all the endless hours of being zerged off the planet.
As somebody has said,try swapping realms m8 and lets see how long it takes you to get frustrated with being outdamaged,outnumbered and outranged with pretty much everything.
Oh and to the sb guy,get used to it,life doesnt get any better m8,im hit by infs at lvl 38 with my sb for 30-40 more dmg by a 1h mainhand weapon than i do back with a 2h crafted axe,add into that the 1.5s swing compared to my 3s swing and u get me dead pretty much most times,the thing that may get me through is if he isnt in decent gear and i have more hps than him and take more dmg than he can.

yer, try lower your points on envenom, you can do fine with 5-7.

we can take a duel if u want, i will take u in 4-5 hit's! And why do al think that AL albs are camping and zerging? That's not thrue. I know about 15 friends that are only soloing in thid, + that yesterday when i play'd my firewizz i got 7 sb's on me on the same time! so dont whine, u guys are good at zerging 2! And i have a last question to al hibs why did that fg camp outside apk yesterday? u just dont understand that there are more in thid (albs) that dont wanna camp pk's then they that wanna to camp pk's! so :touch:

I understand mids/hibs. Us albs are move than they are, so they have to go as fgs/zergs if they wanna mannage the constant alb zerg(You all know we do it! ).

When I play my inf I always go solo, cause it's more fun to see what u can do as yourself, instead of seeing what another inf + you can do to a solo ns!

playing an alb i have been outnumbered many a times you dont here me come running up here right after i get ganked by 3 stealthers

or maybe getting shot at by 2 archers die get rezzed than get klilled again by a stealther even though the stealther must have just seen me getting rezzed.

or maybe standing on a tower and gettting shot at by 3 archers at once i didnt even get a chance to know that i was getting hit.

or maybe attempting to runn to CK 5 times and every time getting killed by stealthers on the way, getting killed so fast you can barely realise you've even been hit.

finding 3 BD's running around together

my final conclusion is

hibs have enough of a number to make a stance in the BG's (i've seen FG's at molvik and leirvik of hibs) but are to yellow. so i dont see why they should whine about albs here.

Mids on the other hand i have a lot of respect for (bar the few 13 year olds that cant help but whine because they couldnt solo a buffed FG + bots + adds + supersonic alb power, by themselves)

take out thid, both in molvik and leirvik i've had lots of fun fighting the mids.

there are many times i have fallen to a zerg but it doesnt warrent me to post a whine and condem a realm because of one bad experiance.

if your such a sore looser and cant take the fact that there are times you will be outnumbered go an play a non-pvp game.

you win some loose some that goes for everyone, if your always loosing maybe you should try a different class or maybe just give into not having any skill.

If you happen to win now and again you shoudlnt be here whining.

Its a fact alb is overpopulated, i have also seen levrik and molvik as well as full blown high rr rvr, and its alb zerg zerg zerg.

Dont think my rm has ever died to 1 alb, even getting shot by a scout, youre sure to get mezzed and lifetapped before you hit the dust.

Its funny to see how cocky leech scouts flee when the zerg runs away from them, they sure know how to flex behind 2fg of their teammates but are sure to /sprint and shade when the numbers are even.
