Mythic didn't implement them properly, or so the whiners on VN boards say. So it's standard exp rate.

If you are going to be levelling yourself then start on Bossiney or Killibury.

The XP bonuses in the classic zones are higher then on Devon and it's all going to get merged by the time you are ready for RvR anyway unless they do a massive u turn.
