Which P4 heatsink?

right ive upgraded to a it-7,p4 2ghz, and gf4 setup and am using the heatsink and fan that came with the cpu. ofcourse i wana oc the cpu a bit, thou i know little about p4 based heatsinks any ideas which is the best one?

The best one currently seems to be the Swiftech MCX4000, although it costs about £55

Or the slightly cheaper Alpha PAL8942 T which costs about £40 although not quiet as good as the MCX4000
