I have a gforce2mx 64MB graphic card, which card should I buy next?

I saw a ultra gforce2 for scan today for £150, or should get the new titanium card coming soon, or wait for the gforce3mx once it's under £200

Thanks

For £150, a GF2 Ultra would be a good buy. I don't think there is a GF3 MX coming out, but correct me if I'm wrong. That card you have now 'aint a bad card tbo. I would wait a while if I was you.

Wait for Ti, then get the card that you want, the price drop is going to be considerable. Ignore dread (par for the course, that)

The Ti isn't enough of an improvement over the basic GF3 as far as I'm concerned...but then again thats me :)

Stupid question

Whats more important, more memory or more speed, when it comes to graphic cards?

Thanks

The amount of memory isn't really an issue. The speed the memory runs at is.

The GF3 Ti 200 looks like a really good bargain. It performs only just below the standard GF3 and way better than the GF2 Ti 200 (basically a GF2 Pro.)

Course when my next box comes around it's gonna have to Ti 500 or Radeon 8500 :D

From the benchmarks I've seen it'll be a Radeon 8500 then :)

Haven't seen any decent benchmarks for the 8500 yet but my mind is still open :)

The benchies using the final board and close to final drivers put it level with Ti500 in most things and well out in front in nvidiamark2001.

I highlight final, since all the previews on anand's and tom's etc were using Alpha hardware and hacked Radeon 1 drivers. This lead certain people (mention no names) to say 8500 sucked.
