where's my spell???

My Void Eldritch just got to lvl 17 and my friend (and daoc.catacombs.com) told me i should get Null Bolt in Void mastery, but where the @#($@^@% is it!
Does any1 know why I didn't get it?

Sorry to say, but I saw the bolt a while ago when I was questing near Connla. Told me that he was bored of his current life-style and said also, that he's now looking forward to being a sturdy pirate and roam the seas south of Connla, and saying this it took off, /waved at me whilst nearing the horizon and greeting his new friends, other renegade bolts, in their flagship filled with one-eyed, arr-growling, wood-legged bolts.

Left me a note too: "Tell that scumback slavemaster Tareregion not to hurl bolts like some puny boulders at the foreigners. First of all, we bolts are sentient beings and second of all, boulder hurling isn't a nice basis for human interaction at all. Your's truly, Null Bolt, lvl 17"

AHA! so now I know where that puny little bolt is! Finally, I found his trail again! MWUHAHAHA!

Is your void mastery skill maxed for your level?

i.e. you are level 17, have you specced your Void Mastery to level 17?
