Where is this place called hibgard? DOES IT HAVE SNOWY TREES? :O!

I get all excited when i hear of this place but it must be like narnia or smth cuz i cant find it :<

it used to be called albion and i was aaaaaaall red.
but now its now blue, green and a hard place for albs to rvr.
and this is now called hibgard...
