I noticed Custy posted a link to an arial photo of where he lives and thought it might make an interesting thread... hope no one has already done it. All you have to do is enter your postcode on the map site and you get an arial photo of your local area. Or perhaps you already have pictures of where you live.

sorry never thought of that Maybe the Netherlands has a similar map site, only jusy noticed the one I used only covers England and Wales.

You can get the

maps for most places though

Nope, i don't have BB but i am on there.

Although i just looked at BT.com and the town about 1 and a half miles south of me is getting BB in june, checked mine and it said there wasnt enough interest.

I got all excited the other day when i saw a huge hole being dug in a field with warning sign all around saying "warning telecoms cable below" Thought they might be putting me on aswell, turns out we are on a diff exchange. btards
