Where to buy ram?

I want to buy another 512mb of DDR pc2100 (Or pc266, whats the difference anyway?), Whats the cheapest site to buy it at?

Best i've found so far is www.autdirect.co.uk where i can get 512mb for £90

Just thought I might actually be able to help. All the cheap RAM I've bought has either been incompatible with my current chips or fails to work at all. Might be worth getting Crucial just to save yourself hassle.
