I had the book read to me as a kid and still think the film looks shit.

loved the book as a kid and when i got the saturday assistant job in the library it was the first book i tracked down lol.

not sure about the movie, it looks good but the book was so short it really has to be different to the film otherwise it'd be the worlds shortest movie...and i bet they oversentimentalise it....still gonna watch it though
