Where is Lhia?

Anyone finished this quest? Phiaras and Lhia, heard she is at loc 30k 30k in lough gur but i cant find her. think its the last step and the reward is a af49 robe 100% qua. Its the last quest i have to do and its soooooo damn annoying.

From the Warcry-site (which you probably already consulted):

"5.) Find Lhia in Lough Gur. She is a yellow robed Ihilla.... Those chicks on the shore near dullahans, one of those.
She will then spawn and you get a nice robe.

--I found Lhia at 30k,28k Lough Gur at Night. After handing her the Necklace, she will attack you. Orange to 50. She will thank you for freeing her and the Robe will appear in your backpack"
