Where +%Enhance items?

If anyone could list where and what the best mobs are for these items please?
Someone said Traitors Dagger Mob regurlarly drops these items but he's a 10 min repop and has at least 4 locations that i know of.

or you can do the fotm armor quests from Oceanus haven with your bb .. it's what all the bb's wear nowadays

traitors dagger mob drops belts and cloaks with +10%buff on them. Once you kill him at the croc pit he spawns every 5 to 10 mins and swims into the croc pit guaranteed.

Easy to intercept and kill him.. easy to get items.

Get a cleric to pick up one of the keys from the ML mobs and open a chest with it. Stats are very random, but you have a decent chance of getting +enhance%

The quests are easier though.

Is the Croc Pit in the centre of the 3 islands?
If it is i guess i just have to check back often.

There is a quest to do (clicky) You need neutral faction with maus though, which is a little time consuming itself. The quest takes quite some time if you dont have a minstrel. Its soloable with a buffbot, kill a few yellows, and last mob is orange.

Its "only" 5% better buffs, but if you dont have anything better to do this quest is good.
