This night while playing my Shadowblade I saw something really funny out in RvR. I'm not much for dueling in RvR, but I usualy leave duelers alone and I just walk on by.
But this night I was really amazed. Near the east bridge of Crauchon I saw an Armsmen fight a Hibbie tank. Seemed like a nice duel so I decided to get some popcorn and watch the show. To my amazment the RR4 armsman got the kill in on the RR6 Hibbie. It looked close but the Arms got the best of his/her enemy.
About 5 min later I'm snuke (spelling ?) inside the keep to see if I could find someone and out comes the elf tank. As not many people were out I decided to follow him to see if I could maybe get him while he didn't expect it. To my surprise standing on the bridge was the Armsman and they go at it again. Same result the Armsman wins the duel.
As I'm a SB I camped between the far side of the bridge and the keep itself. some time later, same Elf comes along and he/she goes at it again with the same Arms.
Now... I can understand you want to duel for the best of 3. I could even live with best of 5. But this went on from around 4:50 till a second Alb showed up at around 6.50
I must say either something was going on or the RR6 Hibbie tank has to get another hobby as he sucked Bubbles cause he lost every single of their 22 duels.
Now I'm not really clear on the "rules" of dueling, but where do you draw the line between dueling and letting someone farm RP's of off you. A rr4 killing a rr6 22 times must sure be a nice slice of RP's. I mean, this isn't a whine, I'm just genuinly curious as to the opinion of you guys.
Hence the thread title : "Where do you draw the line ?"
I for myself thought it smelled of maanurre (spelling ?)
