Where do u get the Serpent Blood Bracer?

Some how this accessory made its way onto my sc calculators database and from there onto my template.

Now I have all my artifacts it would be nice if I could go farm it if it actually existed. Could someone plz tell me if it exists where it can be found if it does and how rare it is. Thankyou

According to Allakhazam Serpent Blood War Axe drop in Sobekite Eternal from the mob Ata. I have no idea about the bracer tho but it might be a place to start?
