Where did mr seaking go?

But after the patch mr seaking is now where to find
An he drops a af100 crown i wanna have
So if somebody knows where his /loc is after the patch please post here our msg me

He spawns at night inside that Hagbui house along the zonewall, we killed him a few times with WR but we didn't get the drop.

Speaking of item drops..
Does anyone know where to find Vindvasen and Thasior? I've read that Vindvasen spawns somewhere at 38/35 in Skona but I couldn't find him there - it's a wind spirit. I have even killed all the wind spirits in the area to check if any of them was a place holder or something but it didn't work.
Thasior ought to be somewhere at 36,43, also in Skona, and he's a werewolf warder... couldn't find him either :|

thasior and vindvasen are very rare spawns. they actually spawn at the advertised location, but you might have to camp there for a few days (rl days) to get them.
