What im asking is, what mob drops 1)Belt of the Brute 2)Ebon hide bracer ?Or is anyone selling either of those with normal price ?Ty

Ebon hide bracer is a quest item , Homecoming for a hero quest.
Belt of the brute is a Ml 9 drop I would guess.

for some reason there was only 1 belt with price on it and it was 9p and bracer was 10p so thats more then few plats and kind a insane price i would say

the quest is easy m8, grab a few friends you can complete it in no time.

Ebon Bracer quest is pretty much soloable, tho speed is a nice thing to have for it.

Belt of the brute is rather easily farmable as well... that is with anim/ench/fop all being ml8 (preferably anim and ench ml9)

ml9 dungeon m8 Not sure on name of mob, but ask VF

Its the ML9 'dungeon' so you must be ML8 to farm it.
