Where are the infiltrators?

With my skald Adelith, I couldn't run outside mpk without some form of stealther gimp trying to shaft me from behind (and the front too!)

Then with my SB Kaun, it was only crawling with them around the alb zerg.

Now, with my Runie, I have only seen 3 in total, and been jumped once ( I think)

After spending about 1 hour running about solo (and with my mate Rot), I didn't get a single infil after me...
Are they simply not being rolled any more?
