I'm just curious because I do it usually about 5 times a year and three of them is to triss rofl, but I really enjoy it.

The last time I hand wrote a letter was to santa when I was 5 or so years old.

I do any letter writing using a PC, if I can get away with emailing instead of standard mail I'll chose the former every time.

Strangely though, I'm completely lost without my pen.

I've had the same parker ballpoint for something like 7 years now, all through college etc. I use it for notes every day at work, and at home I tend to jot things down for further reference, server IPs mainly, or email addresses if I cant get to MSnotepad Its always either in my pocket or in my hand. ahem!

I use it for phone numbers when I'm out, as I hate using mobile phone address books unless I have 15 minutes or so to get it 'just so' so instead when I'm out I'll jot numbers down and put it in the phone later on.

Strangely enough, my pen is a great multipurpose tool as well, when maintaining my samurai sword the inner 'dart' shaped bit of the pen is just right for taking the bamboo pins in the hilt

It also works moderately well as a knife for opening stuff, peircing lids etc

I went off at a bit of a tangent there but I really do like my pen !!!

probably last time i wrote a letter with a pen was year 7 or 8 when we had french and german pen pals from a school in that country (made to at school) so 11-13 years old
and dont use ecards, i buy them and write in them and send
