One of the saddest days of my DAOC career came when my lvl 27 Sorc's name was changed without notice from 'Japs Eye' to 'Sheila Silverblade' (or something like that) because it violated the CoC.
I suspect you too may soon get targetted by your very own CoC monster
First of all, I like the name - it's one of the more amusing out there (and accurate for most Kobolds from what I've heard - though thankfully never seen).
Secondly, Nobrot was turned down by SC as we have a naming policy that means we won't accept people with names that contravene GOAs CoC - simple as that. It's a shame in many ways as Nobrot's a good guy from what I've seen.
Mind you, you'll probably regret posting here. A lot of folks who don't speak English as their first language don't know the slang - a number in our guild had to have it all explained to them when your application was turned down. I don't think Kemor/Zargar are native English speakers so if you're quiet they might not notice.
