When I make a cs server my game shuts down on me. I have no clue whats wrong. I know that its not my game because I let my friend downlode the game on his comp and it works when he make his servers. I whant to know this because I have bots and I whant to play with them. I can plan with them for like 5 minuts than the game shuts down.

I had that prob with joining regular Internet games. I play with bots a lot b/c I have 56k, so after going into lan, I try to join a server with real people in it, and it loads all the way up until the screen breaks in half, then says it can't complete connection. So, I got rid of Realbot and got NNbot, and I haven't had prob's since.......that and I reinstalled CS.

where do you get the bots from?

How much RAM do you have? CS/HL is quite greedy, you need a lot to set up a server at least 96meg i think

i use podbot and i have had no problems, it is a bit shit at the moment but podbot2 is coming oout soon
