When do people stop being purple?

What level do you have to be so there is only red-con enemies and below? 40? 43? I'm sick of getting gangbanged by purple vikings. Red is a much more pleasing color. Just want to have something to look forward to.

the only humaniods that con purple after 40 are the PK Guards.. and mobs ofcourse, but no enemies atleast..

I'll just power myself up to 50 then before the patch, after that I'll have to go crafting again
