when can we start downloading the patch?

been trying all morning, and last try 12:42pm, just says looking for updated files and doesnt connect to the patch server . Hmm , is it not finished patching through or is my patch uploader bugged ?

Yeah I just got 1.70 no problems - was really slow at first then sped up to normal download speed. I'm guessing the servers are being hammered for it now anyway, as everyone (myself included) tries to log in to be the first on their server and grabs 1.70 in the process.

mine sat there thinking about patching then about 20secs later it did, just be patient with it, u can imagine 10k+ players are prolly hammering the server

And please realise that that ETA on #patchday doesn't come from us.

I have tried but it stops responding after 20-30% :/
