.bin is a cdrwin file, try opening it with WinISO

It's a CD image file. The .bin file is the files and the .cue file tells the CD writer where to put all them files. Or something.

Basically you just need some software to either burn it to disk or emulate it from the files.

Alcohol 120% is the best I've found for this as it will both burn these files and also run them from a "virtual" CD drive.....meaning it'll run a hell of a lot faster.

I tend to run stuff from the HDD first and then burn it to CD just for backup.

if you have nero it's damn easy.

Choose burn image, and select the cue file as that is just information on how the binary file should be written to the cd. Then it'll all work by itself.

This is what I've heard anyway as I've never burnt any kind of .bin files to cd... honest.

I've also heard that any .ccd file is Clone CD and if you have .iso or .bin files without a .cue then use WinISO or ISObuster...alledgedly. Or something :eek7:

I'm betting the 'msinfo' file, if opened in Notepad contains a credit to the guy who 'cracked' it, a serial number and some crude logo in ASCII art.
