What's with all the LD's today

Normally dont get any , but the last few days have been bad , today in particular . My whole group went LD earlier . Also extreme bouts of lag . I get back on I go LD within a minute or 2 , hmm play a low lvl alt , dont need to be dying with a high 'ish lvl char

the lag is something to do with the french servers im told.....i think its explained on the euro site (but ive been told in game its the french rooters or something)
